Electronic Dosimeters of PM1605 series are designed to withstand extreme environmental hazards such as limited visibility, raised noise, high temperatures, exposure to sea water, shock and falls. Control panel with two big buttons allows the using of protective gloves while operating the instrument.
Instruments are recommended for personal radiation protection of first responders, HAZMAT teams, civil defense, firefighters and the other divisions who deal with radiological emergencies.
Operation Principle
Electronic dosimeters of PM1605 series are designed to measure ambient dose equivalent rate and ambient dose equivalent of X-ray and gamma radiation. Instruments are able to search, detect and localize radioactive sources, alert the user with audible, visual and vibration alarms, transmit stored data to PC or via smartphone.
Dosimeters have large and easy-to-read backlit LCD display, metal enclosure resistant to rapid temperature changes (from - 22 °С up to 30°С) and easy-to-use two-buttons panel.
Measurements can be displayed both in Roentgens (R) or Sieverts (Sv).
