PM1401K-3 series of radiation monitors compromises a wide range of all-in-one devices for radiation detection, dose rate and contamination measurements, spectrometry and radionuclide identification.
PM1401K-3E model is a simplified model without identification and 137Cs activity measurement functions which is designed for fast and accurate detection of alpha, beta, gamma and neutron sources, as well as the measurement of alpha and beta radiation flux density and acquisition of gamma spectra.
Operation Principle
PM1401K-3E continuously measures ambient dose equivalent rate Ḣ*(10) of photon radiation in the wide energy range, detects alpha, beta, gamma and neutron radiation, and operates as spectrometer of gamma radiation.

Models of the PM1401K-3 series
- РМ1401K-3P is the most versatile gamma-neutron model in the series suitable for various radiation control tasks including measurement of ambient dose equivalent rate, detection of alpha, beta, gamma and neutron sources, measurement of alpha and beta radiation flux density, acquisition of gamma spectra, identification of radioisotopes, and measurement of food/soil contamination with 137Cs.
- PM1401K-3E is a simplified gamma-neutron model without identification and 137Cs activity measurement functions.
- РМ1401K-3М is a gamma-only analog of the PM1401K-3P model with the same functionality, except for neutron detection.
- РМ1401К-3PM is a gamma-neutron model with improved search and identification algorithms, ambient dose equivalent measurement functionality and a Bluetooth module for wireless transfer of the acquired gamma spectra. Does not have alpha and beta radiation search and measurement and 137Cs activity measurement functions.
