We are pleased to announce that thanks to the support of EU funding the EBRD has approved a project for Polimaster Europe to implement a new ERP and CRM. With the new system to manage our core business processes, we will be able to improve supply chain management, increase production capacity, optimize operations, and position ourselves for long-term success in the EU environment.

Polimaster Europe applied for the EBRD in 2022 and after strict project evaluation was approved for financial support in March 2023. The project implementation is designed for one year.
The main project objective is to improve management effectiveness by implementing Odoo business management software as a unified Polimaster Europe ERP system. In addition, the project will allow Polimaster to avoid errors and duplication of data, transfer the company accounting into modern software, increase the efficiency of company management through the automation of company business processes, and replace a paper-based process with a digital solution.
