Polimaster Europe UAB is thrilled to announce the successful completion of our major project for implementing a new ERP and CRM system, backed by EU funding and approved by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). This significant step marks a pivotal moment in our strategic development, aligning with our objective to enhance our production capacity and optimize operations within the EU.
As we navigated through a period of corporate restructuring and market changes, the need for a unified, automated management system was paramount. Our collaboration with VM Robotika UAB enabled us to integrate Odoo v.16 as our new ERP system, streamlining our processes across sales, accounting, production, and procurement. This integration not only automated our business processes but also brought a unified reference book for our products, simplifying material resource assessment.
The project's success is a testament to our commitment to operational excellence. We are now better equipped with a configured accounting module, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced data accuracy for management accounting. The implementation of organizational and document structures and user-friendly settings has significantly reduced manual workload, paving the way for more efficient internal and external reporting.
Our journey doesn't end here. With recommendations from VM Robotika UAB, we look forward to further leveraging Odoo's capabilities. This includes the potential implementation of additional modules and functionalities to enhance our quality control, labor cost tracking, and client communication processes.
