FAQ

How can I purchase Polimaster products?

Polimaster products can be ordered through our official website, authorized distributors, or directly from our Sales Team. Contact our Sales Team for more information on how to purchase.

Can anyone buy Polimaster products?

Most of our products are available to everyone worldwide via the wide distributor network. However, we do not sell to countries under the international sanctions list (EU, US, and UN). According to our Sales Policy, upon Request for Quote (RFQ) receipt you will be asked to provide general information about the end-user. Additionally, for certain items and international orders, you might need to provide an End User Certificate (EUC) to ensure they are used responsibly and legally. If an EUC is required, or if there are restrictions based on your location, we will inform you during the purchase process and offer guidance as needed.

How does Polimaster support its products after purchase?

Customer support is a priority for us. Polimaster provides extensive after-sales support, including technical assistance, warranty services, and software updates to ensure our products continue to perform optimally.

What measures does Polimaster take to ensure the environmental sustainability of its products?

Environmental sustainability is important to us. We comply with environmental regulations and adopt eco-friendly practices in our manufacturing processes. Our products are designed for energy efficiency and long service life.

How does Polimaster ensure compliance with the WEEE Directive?

Polimaster products that comply with the European Union’s Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive 2012/19/EU are marked with the WEEE symbol, a crossed-out wheelie bin. These products must be disposed of at authorized collection points separately from household waste in accordance with local laws and regulations. Polimaster Europe UAB in Lithuania is a member of Producer Compliance Schemes and is a registered member of PE “Elektronikos gamintojų ir importuotojų organizacija”, which is a licensed European organisation involved in electrical and electronic equipment waste management.

How do I dispose of and recycle my Polimaster product within the EU?

When your Polimaster product becomes unusable, take it to a collection point designated by local authorities or contact the distributor you purchased the product from. The distributor is responsible for setting up a recycling program within the EU. Separate collection and recycling of your product and/or its battery helps conserve natural resources and ensures waste management that protects the environment and human health. Contact our Support Team for more information.
