PoliGate™ Deployable Radiation Portal Monitor (RPM) is a highly sensitive deployable radiation monitor designed to detect radioactive and nuclear materials transported through a controlled area. The RPM is designed for fast deployment in emergencies and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
The RPM is designed for fast deployment in emergencies and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Fast deployable RPM is designed to provide a high level of mobility and flexibility, allowing to be used in a variety of settings to screen individuals, vehicles, or cargo at the scene of an incident or in temporary screening situations, such as at major public events.
PoliGate™ Deployable is transported and stored in three transport cases, can be quickly assembled without any specialized tools and provides continuous 24-hour personnel-free operation. The constituent parts of the RPM are the Control Block and Detection Blocks with a laptop with the RPM User Software for advanced operation.
Operation Principle
The RPM is a stationary system comprising independent units connected with the cables. The RPM is transported and stored in three transport cases and can be quickly assembled and disassembled without any specialized tools.
Once switched on, the RPM provides continuous 24-hour personnel-free operation. In case of power failure, the power supply of the RPM automatically switches to power from the internal battery and is operatable for at least 6 hours. The internal battery is charged automatically when the RPM is connected to a power supply and switched on.
The constituent parts of the RPM are the Control Block and Detection Blocks, accompanied by a set of mounting and connecting elements, and the laptop with the designated user software for the advanced operation of the RPM. The real-time measurements are displayed in an easily readable format, ensuring a quick and accurate assessment of the radiation environment. This data transfer capability ensures that all measurements are logged and stored for comprehensive record-keeping and future reference.
